Who is Pierre?
I am a certifed coach and consultant with almost two decades of experience as a front line manager and engineer in Telecommunications. I also have five years of experience in civil engineering. During the course of my career, I was priviledged to hold close to twenty different positions in several areas of technology. I was also blessed to work in many different locations all over Canada and in the US. Those diversified experiences enabled me to understand and master the principles of management and leadership.
Coaching
Coaching is a very efficient way to reach your goals. The coaching process which takes place on a weekly basis for a minimum period of four months, will ensure that you will clearly identify your objectives and you will work regularly to reach them.

I am a specialist in leading in a unionized environment
In the first part of my career (1997), I have started a union movement with 2 colleagues and I became the leader. The negotiation lasted 14 months and it was an uphill battle to defend our rights. This was a very tough and rewarding experience which ended with a positive outcome (decent wages and secure jobs) for about 25 employees.
In the second part of my career, I have managed over 200 peoples in many different teams ranging from 6 to 22 individuals. This allowed me to see both sides of the coin.
